1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuySellWebsites ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. BuySellWebsites is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to secure your credentials.

4. Buying and Selling

For Buyers: All listings are subject to verification. A deposit may be required to initiate a purchase. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing any transaction. BuySellWebsites provides data and analytics for informational purposes but does not guarantee the accuracy of seller-provided information.

For Sellers: You represent that you have full ownership and rights to sell any digital asset listed on the Platform. All traffic, revenue, and performance claims must be truthful and verifiable. Knowingly misrepresenting a listing may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Fees and Payment

Buyers pay no platform fees. Sellers are charged a success fee on completed transactions, calculated as a percentage of the final sale price. The exact fee is disclosed at the time of listing. All payments are processed through secure escrow to protect both parties.

6. Escrow and Dispute Resolution

All transactions are processed through a third-party escrow service. Funds are held until all transfer conditions are met. In the event of a dispute, BuySellWebsites will mediate in good faith. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by BuySellWebsites and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant BuySellWebsites a license to display and distribute it in connection with the Platform's operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuySellWebsites is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform or other users.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
